Low on space? Then a compact or folding electric bike could be for you. Folding ebikes hinge in the centre and can be folded in half to fit in small spaces such an an apartment, car boot or train. These bikes can go wherever you go.
Compact electric bikes have smaller frames and wheels and are suited to riders that want an easier to manage bike due to shorter height, less space or lower confidence.
If you're unsure if a compact or folding ebike is right for you, get in touch or book a test ride and we'll match you to a bike that suits your individual needs.
Why buy your compact or folding ebike from Glow Worm
We've been selling and servicing electric bikes in Sydney longer than anyone, and we only stock bikes we're prepared to keep on the road. Every bike is fully assembled by our mechanics before you collect it, at no extra cost with any accessories you've bought fitted at the same time.
You also get a complimentary tune up at three months, 10% off accessories in that window, courtesy bikes while yours is in the workshop, and warranty claims handled by us rather than by you.
Most importantly, you can test ride. A compact or folding ebike is a bike you'll sit on for hundreds of hours, and a spec sheet won't tell you whether it fits. Book a test ride, try two or three back to back and we'll answer all your questions to help you find the right bike.

Yes. All electric bikes that we sell can be taken on Sydney trains & the Metro. Per Transport for NSW rules, as long as an ebike hasn't been "converted" from a non-electric bike, you can take it with you on trains & the Metro.
Very. A folding ebike is one of the few practical ways to carry a bike in a caravan & many of our customers use them when travelling. They're great for getting around town or exploring once you've set up the carvan.
Most are "one-size-fits-most" with adjustable seatpost and stem, which covers a wide range of riders but not everyone. Review the height guide in specs or come in and try one before you buy.
