Ordering an Electric Bike
Test ride
Book online or visit our Showroom for a test ride. If we don't have a demo model of the bike you're interested in, we can talk you through some alternative options.
Quote
After your test ride, if you still need some more time to decide, we will send you a quote and a link to order. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
Place your order
Place your order in store after test riding, or using the link provided with your quote. Some bikes may also be available to purchase online. The approximate lead time for all orders is 2 weeks, unless otherwise specified.
Collect your bike
You will be notified by text message when your bike is ready to collect. Your bike will be fully assembled prior to collection, and any accessories purchased with the bike will be installed for no extra charge.


Getting your Ebike home
Ride home
There's no better way to get acquainted with your new ebike! We can give you route recommendations and other tips. If you have a long ride and require a fully charged battery, please let us know.
Public Transport
You can take your ebike on Sydney Trains and the Sydney Metro. We are located about 2km from Sydenham Station, or 1.5km from Stanmore Station. Both stations have lift facilities.
Car or Van
Hire a GoGet van, or ask about an ebike rack for your car. See below for tips on transporting your ebike by car.
Courier
If you're not able to pick up your bike, we can deliver via one of our courier partners. See below for more info.
Transporting your ebike by car
The best way to transport your ebike by car is on a platform carrier weight-rated for ebikes. Brands like Buzzrack and Thule have options for either hitch or towball mount. Always make sure your numberplate is still visible.
If you plan on trying to fit your bike in your car, measure first. Always put the bike in drive-side down. Try to avoid making adjustments (eg turning handlebars, removing wheels) unless you have experience reinstalling and re-adjusting to the correct specifications when you get home.


Delivery
We can deliver your ebike, fully assembled and ready to ride, via one of our courier partners. Delivery is subject to courier availability. Flat rates are shown below, and are based on location.

$350 Canberra
We do not deliver unassembled bikes.
We do not deliver interstate.
Pre-ordering an ebike
Bikes not currently in stock but due to arrive in upcoming shipments will be available to pre-order.
Some shipments will sell out before arrival, so if you know what you want, we recommend pre-ordering.
The lead time on pre-orders will vary. Please have a chat with our team about the bike you're interested in.

FAQ
The lead time for all orders is approximately two weeks, unless otherwise specified. Please check your quote for the lead time for your order.
Two weeks is generally how long it takes to process, ship and assemble your order.
If the lead time is likely to push out or delay, we will notify you.
If you have a hard deadline, such as a trip or a birthday, please let us know at the time of order, and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
The only bikes we keep on hand are demo models. These are reserved for test rides and will only be sold once that particular bike is no longer available to order.
If you're interested in buying a demo model, please have a chat to the Showroom staff.
No, we cannot give an exact date for pick up until the bike has arrived and is with the workshop awaiting assembly.
Please take the lead time as approximate, not exact. Try to avoid making plans for the day you are hoping to pick up, and please wait until you hear from us.
We carry a wide range of ebikes, and it's not possible to have a demo model of everything.
Some bikes are imported in limited quantities and will be pre-order only.
If we don't have a demo in the exact model or size that you're after, we can recommend a similar bike to try.
It is usually not possible to expedite an order by more than a couple of days.
We don't have any control over shipping times etc, so until the bike has arrived at the store, we can track your order and keep you notified, but we cannot do anything to make it arrive faster.
The most common delays are due to shipping, eg delays clearing customs, dispatch delays due to stock being held in a third-party warehouse, etc.
Ebikes are shipped as dangerous goods and are sometimes held in the depot before being sent out with the courier.
If it has been considerably longer than two weeks and you haven't heard from us, please get in touch. If you are stuck and need a bike, please ask about a complimentary loan bike.
Yes, of course! If we have a demo model, we'd strongly recommend making time to test ride.
If we don't have a demo model, or if you live too far away to visit, we can talk you through some different options, and help you narrow in on the right bike for you.
For some people, a description of the features and specifications will be enough. For others, even a test ride of a similar model can be helpful in the decision making process.
We don't offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully, and where possible make time to test ride.
You will be advised of the initial ETA at time of order.
All pre-order ETAs are approximate and are subject to delays.
The ETA for collection is generally 1-2 weeks approx. after the arrival of the shipment to port.
