Bike ordering, pick up and delivery

Electric bikes we sell may be either in stock, avilable for pre-order or available for special order. These terms are explained below

In stock

Bikes in stock are available now and can be bought in store or online. When viewing a bike on our website, click the 'In store stock availability' link to see whether the bike is available.

All bikes in stock can be viewed here. 

In-store pick up

We offer in-store pick up for online orders in our Sydney and Melbourne stores. If purchased online, we'll notify you by SMS when your bike is ready to collect. Parts and accessories in stock are generally available for pick up within an hour of ordering. Whilst most bikes in stock are ready to ride, some bikes occassionally require 1-2 business days for us to asemble and safety check them. 

Delivery and shipping

Parts and accessories shipped via post will generally arrive to most metro areas within 2-3 days of ordering.

Please contact us if you require a courier to deliver your asembled bike to you (additional charges apply).

Pre-order

Pre-ordered bikes are those that we have ordered in advance from our suppliers, but haven't yet arrived in Australia or to our stores.

The bike industry is currently experiencing significant delays, constraints and price increases in manufacturing and shipping of bikes, parts and accessories, largely due to Covid-19. Because of this, we are increasingly pre-ordering bikes to secure stock, minimise delays and avoid unexpected price increases for our customers.

Pre-orders can be made online, or in store with a 20-50% deposit, depending on the bike. These deposits are refundable if there are significant delays or you change your mind.

Once you pre-order your bike, we will keep you updated as to its expected arrival date.

Special order

Some bikes are avialable to special order if we haven't ordered or pre-ordered them for our stores, but they are in stock with our suppliers. These include specialised bikes such as lightweight road e-bikes, dual suspension mountain e-bikes or non-electric bikes made by bike brands we supply. Special orders can be made with full payment upfront (to secure the final price) or a 50% deposit with balance paid on pickup (final bike price may vary).

Bikes not listed on our website, or listed as out of stock, may still be available for special order. Please contact us if you would like to special order a bike.
