Is this legal to ride in NSW?
Yes. The Lekker Jordaan Urban is a pedal assist ebike limited to 25 km/h, compliant with Australian requirements for ebikes and NSW Fair Trading certified.
Will the Jordaan Urban fit me?
The Jordaan Urban comes in one frame size, designed for riders roughly 155–195 cm tall. If you're near either end of that height range, book a test ride and try before you buy.
What's the difference between the Jordaan Urban and the Amsterdam Urban?
They share the same motor, battery and 8-speed Shimano Nexus hub. The ride feel of the motor is identical.
The differences are frame and setup:
- Jordaan Urban — classic Dutch step-through frame with a fully upright riding position, and front and rear racks fitted as standard.
- Amsterdam Urban — a slightly more forward, sporty riding position.
We keep both in the showroom so you can test ride them back to back.
What's the difference between the Jordaan Urban and the Jordaan GTS?
Same frame, same fit, same 500Wh battery, same racks and lights. The differences are the motor, drivetrain & gears.
- Jordaan Urban - bafang hub motor, chain drive & 8 speed Shimano Nexus internal hub gears
- Jordaan GTS - bafang mid drive motor, carbon belt drive & Enviolo CVT internal hub gears
